Really enjoyed my time in the apartment I rented from them.the building was well maintained and neighbors were friendly. Lorraine was a great property manager. She was very professional and responsive to anything I needed.
We had a wonderful experience with Hermosa Property Management during the 2+ years we lived in our apartment. The team was consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about the residents. Lorraine is super helpful and very professional. The property is very well maintained.
So I was late due to the 4th of July weekend and now there is a late fee for paying on Monday.. honestly not the best look. Lorraine is super helpful and very professional. The property is very well maintained but still a little flexibility goes a long way.
Cannot express how much I appreciate this management. Lorraine has been nothing but helpful and quick on responsiveness to get a place. Very communicative, cannot recommend this management enough!
