I lived at Bayview Dr. in Hermosa Beach for 1.5 years and had an amazing experience. The apartment was very nice and affordable for such a great location. I have lived in many apartments in LA, and I have never had such a wonderful and smooth application/move-in process. I was going through a really tough time having to evacuate my last apartment in the middle of the night and renting temporary housing due to a ceiling collapse, and Lorraine was able to let me tour the unit, process my application and get me moved into my new apartment in less than a week! The process from touring the property, application and move in was easy and straight forward. Lorraine was helpful to answer any questions in a timely manner and sorted out a missing garage key promptly.
Horrible people. Get accused of doing stuff with no proof, then when you show proof to them that I wasn't doing what they claim they ghosted you. Also when I get any problems in my apt they never respond and I have to be behind them all the time to get it done. Horrible, company. Worst property management EVER!
