Cheap Luxury indeed. I finally found the Hermosa Hotel after browsing the internet FOREVER and found them at www.hermosahotel.com; just saving those who can't find them in the future. THe hotel staff was EXTREMELY helpful and made the stay awesome. I witnessed first hand how the staff can make or break your stay and it made it here. Our room was clean but old, but that's because it was built in 1896! It's the Historic Hermosa Hotel. Good rates Just like the previous review, this hotel has some of the best rates on the island. If you're the type that doesn't spend a lot of time in your room, then this hotel is for you. We had a nice room with just a sink in it and we shared a bathroom with the room next to us. It was fine for us. I enjoyed the old-fashioned feel of the hotel and the staff was great.

Sleep Cheap! "Sleep Cheap" is their motto and they live up to it. It is an adorable older building dating back to 1896 and offers a variety of rooms. Offering some of the cheapest rates on the island, the Hermosa Hotel is actually just a short walk form the water. My husband and I stayed there with friends so we had a room with a semi-private bath, which we shared with our friends.
