So incredibly nice and helpful every time I call. I had never used oil before the new house so I had questions. Recently, I needed a fill because I hadn't paid attention to my oil level. I didn't ask for an emergency fill but they gave me one right before the holiday. Thank you Fabian

Will only service their own heating customers. This does not reflect a poor interaction with them, only that they will not schedule a service call if you are not their customer.

This company had been great for the past 4 years with oil delivery and a few service calls/cleanings. I had been impressed with their service until recently when I had my water heater's upper heating element go out on me, on a Sunday night. I called them to have them take care of the issue as I was going to be out of town for the next week. A technician did come two days later only to inform us he could not replace the element as he was not a plumber, recommending we call another company. Fabian charges double the state average for propane. As much as I hate dead river, I would have been better off using their services. If anyone knows of a small, local propane service please let me know.

These days it seems almost impossible to find a company that is run by human beings. People who still actually care about providing great SERVICE to their customers. Especially utility companies and the like. Well, Fabian, particularly the Hermon office, has been extremely good to our family. Tammy at the office is always super nice and, again, you feel like you're talking to a PERSON. One who gives a damn about your situation.
