All of the guys here are really nice. Brandon has been great and Chris always takes care of me, my husband and my friend when we need him. I could not be more impressed or happy to have found them.

They messed up my alignment twice do not take your car there for an alignment for your truck they left bolts loose and almost caused me to wreck and ruin two tires in the front and they won't make it right or replace my tires I recommend Gateway Tire and Service Center they fix their mistakes the manager at Hermitage Tire Center told me to contact my lawyer

Sorry the previous customer had a bad experience. Been doing business here for almost 14 years and won't take my cars anywhere else for major work. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
Every member of the staff was so friendly! $17 and 30 minutes later my tire is like new after they removed a screw from it. Very comfortable waiting area as well. This will definitely be my go-to.
