Hermitage tire center is the best in the area! They are honest and take excellent care of their customers with above and beyond customer service and repairs. Excellent service. I thought I needed an alternator, but that tested fine,. They recommended a new battery and tune-up. That fixed my problem, which was apparently a faulty battery ground or bad plug. Their honest recommendation not to replace the alternator was just as important to me as fixing the actual problems. You've earned my future business.
Brandon and his staff are the absolute best around, by far. HANDS DOWN. I have been going to them even for oil changes. I find them honest, ethical while providing EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO NEED TO SHOP AROUND. THIS PLACE IS ALL YOU NEED. THANK YOU BRANDON FOR SUCH SUPERB SERVICE.
These cats are always friendly, fair, knowledgeable, and never try to sell you parts or service that you don't need. They treat my car like it's their own and treat me as if they were the actual customer.
