Mike Ewing and his company has been managing my Irvine property for more than a decade. His team is the most reliable, and cost effective team. The turn around time for fixing issues in my unit is less than 1-3 days. When I was ready to sell my unit, his team covered almost all aspects of last minute maintenance including paying my utilities bills. He is also very knowledgeable about the market and negotiated very good lease terms for me over the years.
Several years ago I had to move out of my condo for a job relocation and needed to rent it out for a while.
