If you advertise a restaurant, you should have one that is open. If you advertise wifi, it should work. I didn't expect a Ritz but I did expect to get what I payed for and more importantly I expected to get what was advertised. The constantly dripping toilet and antique decor was not a surprise. I feel that a "fair" rating is gracious.
