Just a quick review If you are looking for a great coach to help you get on track to being healthier this is your place. Coach Jai really helps you do the exercises correct and encouragement to do more.
It’s been an absolutely great experience working out with the great coaches and the amazing people who come to this location. I cannot recommend enough. The workouts are strenuous but the coaches work with you closely regardless of your fitness level. If you decide to join them, you will not regret your decision .
5 stars Coach Jai and staff are awesome! I was visiting from out of town and am a member of another Fit Body Boot Camp. Coach was nice enough to let me stop in so I didn't miss out on my workouts while away from home! Coach has tons of great infectous energy and even gets in there and works out beside you to keep you going! Loved it and will miss working out here when I return home! Members were awesome too - lots of fun and so friendly! 100% recommend :-)
Jai, the coaches, staff, and members are THE BEST! They instantly became like family and make going to the gym so fun and encouraging. I always look forward to going instead of finding reasons not to. Workouts are challenging and rewarding, and I feel STRONG!
if your looking for a fit family this is the place for you!! They are encouragers, motivators, and listeners!! At he end of your workout you feel so accomplished, with the drive and push of your coaches you are able to succeed! Love that they accommodate for all shapes, sizes and even the members with injuries. They find a way for you to become the best you can be without you feeling like you aren’t able to do what others are doing. (Pertaining to injuries) Highly Recommend 🙌🏼
Fun and friendly environment. The coaches are helpful in reaching your goals and provide phone apps to track progress pictures, weekly weigh ins, and monthly measurements! It’s cardio intensive and it’s only 30 mins!
