The ONLY thing I suggest is that Temporary Crowns are not charged for. If I have read my statements correctly, they were not charged for initially ( or maybe credited ), but since they have been. Wish they weren't. I love all else, especially everyone that I have met. Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism.
