This is not about what I would change, but I wanted to comment on how great Kelli is. After she finished flossing my teeth, I asked her advice on getting comfortable flossing other people's teeth as I have a hard time getting between some of my daughter's teeth. She took time to show me how she pulls the floss tight and doesn't have a lot between her fingers. I told her that my daughter (just turned 7) likes to floss her teeth. Every individual I have come across in this establishment has been kind and courteous. The staff is always very considerate to check on how I am doing. It is always a pleasant experience.
As always, my appointment went very well. All the staff and especially Spring made me feel welcome. I really appreciate all that you put in to making what could be an uncomfortable experience (it is a trip to the dentist) very nice. Thanks for everything!!
