Dr. Bacon and her nurse made me feel quite comfortable. I appreciated Dr. Bacon's time to fully explain the various dental procedures.
Always friendly and professional. The hygenist is wonderful, explains everything she is doing, and always asks if I'm ok and comfortable. She answers questions and gives good advice. Dr Kruger is great. Makes me feel welcome, discusses any issues thoroughly with me. Front desk staff is also great.
If I had one piece of constructive criticism, it would be this: I'd like to hear the positive along with the negative. You were very informative about the condition of my teeth and what brushing habits I needed to change, but I went away discouraged because I only heard what was wrong with my teeth. It would nice if I also was told some good things about my teeth so I didn't feel like a total failure when I left. You do a great job. Thanks so much!
