Dr. Bacon and her assistant Jennifer are a great team. Jennifer is talented technically and has a wonderful bedside manner" with patients.I was in the chair for 4 hrs and they made it bearable."
As someone who is TERRIFIED of dentist, I admit I was apprehensive about the entire visit...especially when I found out I had to come back for a day 2 cleaning (YIKES)...however the entire staff was great, but Jennifer & Kelly stand out as they both calmed my fears and nerves and walked me step by step through the process and even stopped to make sure I was still comfortable and doing ok...I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT...REALLY!!!!
After moving away from the Hermitage area, I continue to take a longer than necessary drive to my dentist (Dr.Kruger). I love the way I am greeted by the ladies at the front desk and the Hygenist is so kind and her softspoken deameanor is calming. At the exist, the Financial manager explains my treatment plan and always makes sure I am satisfied and understand. Everyone during every visit ensures than I feel welcomed and comfortable. I liked how Olivia was personable when I walked in. She started talking about what I do for work and that made me feel like she knows me and cares. Spring was very nice and explained things to me.
