$36 and they didn’t even touch the very back of my mini van. Apparently their vacuum doesn’t work very well either. Never again.

Apparently paying for a clean interior doesn't include the whole car - left the trunk untouched. Which you're supposed to know *obviously* and request it, according to the staff I called and complained to. Oh and it's an additional fee. Except the only description of services is on a laminate card you are handed to look at for 20 seconds before making a decision, and there was nothing about trunk fees on it. I don't appreciate that lack of transparency, and for $30 I should get a fully vacuumed car.
Took my F-150 to be cleaned, had a nice walking stick bought in Gatlinburg, it disappeared during cleaning! Spoke to manager who was very rude!! I was pissed, so I made a police report in the middle of their lot.
Rarely do I write a review about a business because I feel I am a bit picky about what customer service should be. Especially since I own my own business. When I take my vehicles to Hermitage auto wash I receive a level of customer service on like no other. They ask me about my family and my business and listen when I respond. They focus on details that most places pass over. They work hard to take care of me and my needs. I take all my company vehicles and my personal vehicles to Hermitage auto wash. After someone riding in my car had a accident and threw up I decided to take my car here. Cleaning was ok, I was given some chocolates as a going away gift and someone at the location took it apon themselves to steal these from my car. I double checked to make sure they didn't just fall. If you use this location, don't leave anything valuable in your car!
