I bought siding for my home and had some left over that I returned after I was finished. I ordered a little extra because I was told by the owner I could return any stock items no problem, and I didn't want to run out halfway through. After lots of back and forth (>1 year) emails, and phone calls of not getting a straight answer, I found out the hard way that some of the siding wasn't returnable after all. Perfect choice to build a deck
We are currently working with them on a substantial siding and window project. They are great to work with and are very responsive to our questions, customizing to our project, coming out to the job site, etc. Would definitely use them again.
Ordered first half our house windows and patio doors from them. Wrong handle color on two of the three doors. They told us they would get the correct ones coming, and then didn't. The sliding doors didn't work smoothly due to a manufacturing flaw. After dozens of calls and lots of what turned out to be lies still no help. Including saying the handles were ordered and he would personally call the Marvin service guy because he used to work there. I finally called Marvin directly and explained things.
