They greeted me by name and smile when I entered. I did not have to wait, my named was called immediately. Everyone was so friendly and professional. The time with Dr. Herman is outstanding, patient, and knowledgeable.

I appreciate Dr Herman's thorough explanation of how my eyes are responding after cataract surgery. I fell very comfortable knowing that my eyesight has i.proved and will continue to improve in the coming months. I have the utmost confidence in his work.
Arrived 45 minutes early; all tests completed before actual appointment time; waited another hour and 45 minutes. Never saw doctor. Huge waste of my time.
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE; It's been a month and half since i had surgery and i still can't see out of my right eye, been back several time just for them to give me more eye medication with NO HELP to my sight. not to mention the daily pain that i have. Staff is rude and unprofessional NOT TO MENTION the 3-5 hour wait in the lobby every visit before you even get to see the Doctor. I WOULD NOT recommend Vision Quest
Dr Herman sold me a multifocal lens. I am unable to read at all. Then he did RK on my eyes to correct that. According to him 95% chance of success. No success, just excuses. He has no respect for the time of his patients. I sit in that waiting room for hours every time I go in there. It is completely insulting to be treated like my time isn't important. If you have options, choose a different one.
Dr. Herman took care of my 92-year-old father and did such an excellent job with his long neglected cataracs. He was very willing to work with of dad's hearing loss and was extremely caring and wanted to make sure we all understood everything going on. He has an excellent bedside manner and is enthusiastic about his work. I highly recommend this doctor.
I have seen Dr Herman for several years now & over the years I have always been impressed with him, but more so lately the staff. I have now seen Dr Musgrove for my follow up appointments & she has been wonderful. From the time I arrive until I leave all of the staff seem to be very knowledgable & efficient. I would recommend anyone to have surgery here. My vision is my life & I thank them everyday for my great vision.
