On my initial visit to the clinic I was told I had to see PA rather than a doctor. The PA acted like I was on a production line and rushed me in and out without even trying talk with me regarding my concerns about my health.I was scheduled for a TURBT w/o ever meeting the doctor. His schedule was to busy I guess! Post surgery having received a cancer diagnosis kindly from the doctor. At the same time I was told I had to do BCG treatments. That was all he would offer me! They don’t listen to you at all. I’ve been seen twice and now having surgery without checking to make sure that is the actual problem. When you try to describe your pain and where it comes from they think you are lying. They really don’t care about their patients or their well being. So if you are in pain don’t waste your time on asking for help your better of going to the Ed
