I bought my Hunter Douglas blinds from another company but when they needed repair the other company was not really interested in helping us . Joel not only repaired our blinds but was very affordable and he was also very informative. I highly recommend him.
Owner, Joel Herman, did something utterly extraordinary for us. We moved from the Cleveland area to the Chicago North Shore this past July. Because JOEL had installed top window treatments and recovered furniture in our three previous homes, I jokingly asked if he might come west and do the same for our new 90 yr old Tudor home. Joel said YES! He came out here on three occasions and gave us everything we want throughout the house. Joel is the real deal, conscientious, artistic, loyal, a friend for life. Thanks again Joel❣️
