My experience with these people has been terrible. I purchased a piece of art from them online. When it arrived, the fedex box had a hole punched straight through it. When I opened the box, the painting also had a hole punched through it. I took pictures of both the box and painting and contacted them immediately. I requested that they refund my money and deal with Fedex on their end. After all, I had nothing to do with selecting the shipper or actually packaging the painting.
