I called for help with a damaged rim on a 13 Jetta. The rim is common to several sedans out there. Was told to go "dig thru a junkyard", without asking any pertinent info about the rim size. Then hung up on me. This is the epitome of incompetent customer service. Will not EVER do business there again.

these guys are the best. I had a non drivable car due to a flat which cannot be replaced by a spare because of stuck lug nuts. they came to our home and fixed it for us. great service, highly recommended!
Would definitely NOT recommend. Called for their road-side service as I was stuck on the side of the highway with two flat tires. Was told someone would “be right there.” After 1.5 hours of waiting and not hearing from them despite my repeated calls to get an ETA on service I finally had to abandon my vehicle on the side of the highway and get a ride from someone else. Very unprofessional to not provide ETA or contact me after I called three times.
They treat you like family when you walk in the door. Quality service at a fair price.
They take care of their customers in a tmely manner. They are honest and they fix what needs to be fixed and if something doesnt need to be fixed they are honest. What a great company.

These guys up here are absolutely amazing. They done a fantastic job in a timely manner and everyone is super considerate and very friendly. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else besides them again. Special shootout to Mr. Jerry and Mr Arthur. Thank you guys so very much
Herman Powers is the greatest! I have bought tires from them for almost 40 years. Greg won't let you buy tires until you need them! lol
