Contacted them through the website about availability of 6 tires for my motorhome and never heard a word back. NOT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE THE SALE, NO TELLING WHAT IT MIGHT BE AFTER THE SALE.

in and out in timely matter had to have two new front tires they took care of me... very pleased
I don't normally write reviews, but I had such an incredible experience today, I felt others should know. With a very full day ahead of me with no margin for error, I had a caliper fail to retract on my Toyota 4Runner causing the brakes to heat up and SMOKE. Jerry was on it in five minutes, and I was in and out in an hour with a new caliper at a reasonable price. This was incredible customer service. Thanks to ALL at Herman Power Tire for going beyond what was expected.

I showed up at 4:50pm with a flat tire and they worked me in and rotated my tires and I was out the door by 5:15pm for a very reasonable price. Definitely would recommend them to anyone in need!
The owner is a all around top notch guy and the service is outstanding
The owners & staff are helpful whether I need new tires or just help.
They take care of their customers. Had to have a new tire on a Saturday. Called emergency number & were there in 10 minutes. Plus took my car to the shop, put on a new tire and brought it back. Had lunch & on my way In 30 minutes.
