Friendly and respectful staff. Dr Gonzalez was recommended to be to replace Dr Demand and I am very pleased with him, very friendly, very patient and knowledgeable. I do not enjoy doctor visits so it’s very important to me to have a doctor that makes the experience as enjoyable as possible, which him and his staff did. If you need a PCP I would highly recommend him.
My initial impression of Dr. Gonzalez started with his assistant. While I regret that I can’t recall her name, she truly stood out for her professionalism, warm smile, and compassionate attitude. During this visit, I accompanied my 82-year-old friend as his caregiver rather than as the patient myself. The assistant efficiently checked his vitals, asked thoughtful questions about the purpose of his appointment, and listened attentively to any other concerns. No go for me. I know instantly when they walk in.He was no go for me. Im a good reader of people attitudes. Seen 4 doctors in 12 months only one I would put my life in their care..Sadly my doctor of 20 years from residency to Accension followed from clinic then too 3 accension offices left and 24 miles away from his office and im only 2 miles away from accension midtown.
