The first (and only) visit consisted of lengthy consultation and a 30 minute treatment. I brought a CD of my latest MRI as requested, but he asked me to leave it with him for review at a later time. He claimed the consultation was enough for the first procedure. What he neglected to tell me before the treatment, was that there would be increased pain, little to no relief, and no physical activities allowed after the treatment.
