Dr. Herman is a great doctor, but has no idea of how his staff is doing. To have patient care, you must have excellent customer service. After our visit, we were charged $100.00 over the co-pay requirements. After explaining the front office the medical insurance, they refused to explain the reason for the overpayment. We paid and left. Reported to trycare, and they called the doctor's office. When they answered, they were insulting, and the explanation was ridiculous. I prefer to lose $100.00 and never return.
