They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. Y... read more
