Thanks so much for your amazing care and being available to help me when my eyes needed you most. I went to the ER with abrasions on both my corneas and in a lot of pain. The staff at Herman Eyecare were able to get me in within hours and were lifesavers. Dr. Brian made himself available the next day to check on my progress and was available to answer questions over the next week. I highly recommend Dr. Karen and Dr. Brian as the care for their patients and educate them on how to better care for their eyes!

Glasses broke within a few days, so I called a few times, left messages, no return calls. I didn't receive the prescription so I had to go to a different optical, pay for the same services, and a new set of glasses. A few months later, Herman sent me a bill so I tried to figure out what the charges were for since I paid (rude customer service), so they said they'd have someone call me back (Nope). New frames purchased from us have a 2 year warranty, We will order you a replacement frame and let you know as soon as we have it, then we'll swap out the lenses. Was so pleased with the service and care I received here. Finally got eyeglasses that fit, that I can actually see with. Everybody in the office were so accommodating and made you feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend them!
