Pitiful work that had to fix myself due to lack of caring by General Manager. Crew cut through dryer vent and left dangling in crawl space. No room to repair properly as should have been repaired from above when opened up. shower is great but workmanship sucked on everything else

Wasted an hour and a half meeting with a sales rep to get a quote. They wouldn’t give us a ballpark number until we were done designing what we wanted. They quoted over $16,000 to replace a front door, and that was the promotional price! There were lots of pressuring sales tactics: “If I walk out the door the price goes up. We ordered a custom window. Apparently the manufacturer couldn’t build it. The order was cancelled and we were not told until we waited 10 weeks for the delivery.
