The crew is amazing and comes in everyday willing to work and get things done in a very professional manner. I personally know they have been trained to provide the utmost professional customer service and handle your things with great care as if those things were their own. They work very hard and take great pride in what they do. I would definetly recommend using their services.
Four months later, my parents are still trying to make sense of the absolute catastrophe that Herlihy left. Today we found some of the dishes in a box clearly marked KITCHEN - in the garage. We also found their wedding cake topper, which has survived many prior moves and was packed carefully in a box marked to go inside. The box was in the garage. I just used Herlihy-Mayflower Moving & Storage of Chillicothe, OH for the past 2 days to do a local move from Tyco Storage into my new house in Waverly, and I cannot say enough about the job the 4 gentlemen who ensured that every last one of my items were moved safely and securely relocated. These men put every piece right where I needed it and I cannot recommend them more highly.
I had contacted another moving company who after two conversations never contacted me to set time for assessment or determine date 0f moving. I contacted Herlihy and within 3 days was in my home with an assessment and emailed cost of move. On day of move three young gentlemen came to my home made a quick walk through with my grandson. Terrible!!!! Will never use them again. Double the price and time than what was quoted. Guys did not want to work.
