Quality Car Care Without the Run-A-Round Ive been going to Herky Miller's for about a dozen years now and have recommended his shop to several friends as well. Always A Good Experience Miller's was recommended to me when I first moved to Pittsburgh many years ago. My cars have not (and will not) go anywhere else. Always top notch care with no runaround; "we'll make time for you" mentality when something dire seems to be happening; friendly office staff; reasonable pricing. Business done the way business should be done.
Hard-working, stable staff Herky has been doing my work for 10 yrs. His staff knows our family and our vehicles by name.
Herky Miller Service dealer markup is too high I used to think they were honest until I found out that they charged me over $250 for a part from the dealer and when I check two dealeships one of which is where they got the part from - the cost to me walking off the street is only $180.
Repairs Done Right Good reputation in the Ross area of Pittsburgh. Honest fix, no added push to get what you dont need. Mechanics are polite and take the time to explain what they are doing and why. Very friendly office staff is an added plus. Cathy and Nancy keep me laughing and I never 'cry' when I get my bill! ( :
