I've been a customer with Heritage for 25 years. I've had a service contract with Heritage for 25 years. Last winter I noticed an oil smell in the house after the yearly inspection of the furnace and the installation of a new oil tank. I checked the area around the tank which was dry, but below the furnace unit was a slow oil leak. My cellar is hand dug and is blue stone over ground. I called Heritage on 8 separate occasions re: my propane account, as I knew I was running low. Each time, I was told that "someone would call me back." This never occurred. Earlier this week during a snow storm, I ran out of propane. After a verbal diatribe, they agreed to come and deliver enough for the next few days, which they did. Today, after reviewing my bank account, I noticed that I was charged $590.00 for a fill. Never again will I do business with them after almost 39 years with them.

I have been a customer with your Company for over 20 years. I recently ran out of oil. Was supposed to be on automatic delivery. We ran out of oil 2 times. We also where without heat for over 24 hours. Now I have a puddle of oil on my floor. It appears to be coming from the burner. This is extremely unacceptable. I very upset with the service that they provide.

As an autofill propane customer since 2006, I want to understand why Heritagenergy hasn't delivered propane to me since 11/28 and has allowed my 500 gallon tank to deplete to below 4%. I also want to know why this company hasn't delivered since Wednesday 1/10/18 despite my repeated phone calls to alert customer service to the extremely low level of fuel remaining. I'm more than disappointed with Heritagenergy- more shocked and disgusted with the lack of responsibility and care shown to a good long-time customer.

Reported that we had no heat and needed service. 24 hours later, still no one has come to repair the oil burner. Called several times only to hear “we are next on the list” . I don’t know what list or year they are referring too. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and this is unacceptable.

We've been customers of Heritagenergy for many years and have no complaints of any kind. Acceptable prices, super phone reps, knowledgable service techs and polite fuel deliverers make this a good local company.

We've had a very positive relationship with HeritagEnergy for a couple of heating seasons. The installation of their LP tank was right on schedule and the installers' workmanship and professionalism were both first rate. After two seasons with HeritagEnergy, I'm please to report we have never ran out of fuel. I like a generous amount of LP on-hand for generator back-up during power outages which we get often enough in Sullivan County and so I've used their website a few times to schedule fill-ups. I moved to the area in September 2016. I had never used propane gas. Heritagenery had the account with the previous owners. I'm a senior citizen, new to the area, with no local family or friends. I contacted Heritagenergy with many questions. They sent someone to check my lines, appliances, made safety recommendations (oven door would not close completely) and never charged a penny.
