My son and I live at Heritage Woods Apartments, and we feel very comfortable here, especially with the new property manager, Cosmica. She always keeps us informed about any changes or situations that arise, and best of all, she provides solutions to all kinds of problems. Personally, she is very professional and responsible in her work. I sincerely recommend living here.
My mother lives at Heritage Woods. Management helped resolve some leasing and unruly pet owner situations. Thank you for helping her!
Me and my wife love it here! And Cosmica is the landlord and she is super nice and very understanding. She loves to keep the apartments in tip top shape! All the maintenance people they have are nice and make sure to get things done and cleanly. They also have a very convenient way to pay the rent. Highly recommend. And super close to Redmond town center so that’s a plus!
Cosmica was too friendly, and too helpful. She was too patient with me helping the process of my moving, and as I said, she was so understanding. spent plenty of time to help me.
