Love the quiet off the beating path feal of this property.
Love living here. A quiet property and the property manager Cosmica is extremely attentive and great at her job! Never an issue with parking also.
I’ve had a great experience living here so far. Our property manager, Cosmica, deserves special appreciation. She’s always prompt, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Any time I’ve reached out, she’s responded quickly and made sure things were taken care of. Maintenance requests have also been handled fast and efficiently, which makes a huge difference in day to day living. Overall, really appreciate the management here.
The apartment manager, Cosmica, is very understanding, straightforward, and responsive. She gets maintenance done quickly and follows through to make sure issues are addressed. The apartments are older, and she definitely does her best given the repairs needed and resources available. She has had to oversee a lot of construction on the property, and she has done a lot for the longevity of the property.
Great place to live! The management is very nice and extremely cooperative. They respond quickly and make everything smooth for the residents. Really happy staying here.
