Me and my wife love it here! And Cosmica is the landlord and she is super nice and very understanding. She loves to keep the apartments in tip top shape! All the maintenance people they have are nice and make sure to get things done and cleanly. They also have a very convenient way to pay the rent. Highly recommend. And super close to Redmond town center so that’s a plus!
Cosmica was too friendly, and too helpful. She was too patient with me helping the process of my moving, and as I said, she was so understanding. spent plenty of time to help me.
Beautiful complex and Cosnica is an angel and very understanding and patient!!!!
This is a great community to live in. The staff is very helpful Cosmica at the office is super nice John from maintenance its great too. I would love to recommend other to live here.
