I’ve had a great experience working with Laureen the property manager, after finding the community through their up‑to‑date website. Laureen has been thorough, knowledgeable, and consistently quick to respond by phone and email. The property is in a fantastic location and has clearly benefited from thoughtful, attractive renovations. From application through move‑in, all low‑stress and well‑organized. There is an easy-to-use resident website for payments and maintenance requests, which should be helpful for day‑to‑day.
The leasing office team was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to show me several different units, and I had a great experience touring the property. The community is very nice and well maintained. Unfortunately, I may not get the chance to live here, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area!
The apartments are decent and spacious because it is a much older complex and the leasing office will stay out of your hairs if you're following the rules. I will say the current management does their best to notify and apologize for things that happen...that being said...some things to note. But the ongoing construction to renovate and raise the rent is extremely disruptive. Our move in experience was amazing! Laureen was so helpful with every step of the process and the apartment looks great.
