The owner is incredibly nice, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. Their pricing was very fair, and the customer service was top-notch from start to finish. I highly recommend them for any jewelry or watch repairs—you can tell they truly care about their customers and the quality of their work!
Came in to get a new band for the watch, a 22mm rubber strap. He had a great selection and was extremely kind and fast to help. I'll definitely be back! Place is very cool, owner knows a lot about a lot. I'd happily bring my Panerai here for servicing, he does it all.
