Recommendedstaff is friendly it is well maintained by our wonderful and cheerful and helpful maintenance people are friendlu=y during this hard time staff is doing everything they can to keep us safe and happy
I have lived here just 18 months. The management staff is pleasant and most helpful. The grounds look brand new as do the individual units (they are over 4 yrs old!) any complaint or problem we have is addressed immediately. I recommend HVC to anyone looking for pleasant senior housing.
with all seniors have to deal with during this pandemic our leasing management company "Wendover Management" has raised our rent $8.00 effective May 1st due to the Utility Allowance this is not associated with the HUD Income Median which will come to us in June which will be another raise in our rent. We are being priced out of our homes..... Lord we need your help
I have lived here almost 4 years and can say that it has been a pleasure. Its quiet... safe... and has beautiful scenery. The apartments are spacious and affordable.
