Great place for your furry loved ones. The staff are very friendly
Our 2 labs have been going to Heritage for all their healthcare. We are very pleased with the service from the vets, vet techs and the receptionists. They provide great care and they are pleasant to work with. It is handy to be able to print out pet id cards that show our dogs' photos, shot records, weight and chip numbers from the pet portal. I have emailed questions and received prompt answers.
If I could fill 10 stars, I would!!!! Dr. Sanford and Dr. MacLaughlin are the best! They're patient, warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable. My dog couldn't be in better hands. Lynn, Molly and the other staff and always welcoming and very patient with this first-time dog owner. I've been coming to them for 9 years now and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I've recommended them to all my friends who are pet owners.
Our family has been taking our kitty to these great folks at heritage vet hospital since she was a wee one. They are fabulous. You can call the vet 24/7. They have great hours including evenings. The vet and hospital are at the same location if you ever need it. This should be your choice in vets. Tell them joanie k said so.
There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful the doctors and staff are here! Compassionate, loving, caring , knowledgeable ,passionate !!
