I have been taking my dog to Heritage since the day he was born. I have had nothing but exemplary service from the Vets and the technicians. I am never rushed through my visits and my questions are always answered - even if I have a hundred of them! I never have to wait in the waiting room and for the minute or two that I am waiting the techs always are pleasant and engaging. ( i know them on a first name basis!) I just left this vet with my dying cat. This vet is absolutey horrible. Been taking my pets here for years. Came in by appointment today very upset about my terminal cat. After sitting in the office for over an hour and had to have vet called out by technician twice over the emergency situation I was in. He was so rude and told me to make decision put her to sleep or have extensive testing done. I was trying to ask him questions and he was yelling in my face to make the decision.
