With all of the great reviews, I was afraid to leave a negative one until I saw khyndman's. Then I thought, "Hmm it's not just me". To put the 5 star reviews in perspective, some opposing viewpoint needs to be given. The two vets here are extremely qualified and talented but their "bedside manner" could use some improvement. The doctors and staff at Heritage treat you and your pet better than family. Whether you see Dr Rosenberg or Dr Weitzner, each thoroughly examines your pet while attentively listening to you explain what brings you in to the office. They are genuinely concerned and compassionate about your pet and will thoroughly explain the diagnosis and tell you your options for treatment. They don't suggest or promote unnecessary treatments. I began taking my older cat to Heritage Vet approximately 3 years ago after relocating to the area and at the recommendation of a neighbor, and since, our younger cat for approximately 1.5 yrs now. I have had much experience with numerous veterinarians, both good and mediocre and must say that the doctors, technicians and all of the staff at Heritage Vet are of the very best quality I've ever experienced. This veterinarian is the BEST!!! They were able to identify my greyhound's immune disorder when other vets could not tell what was wrong. Not only did Dr. Weitzner diagnosis our dog when we first brought him there, but it was also clear that he continued to think about/research our case even after we left. With our dog's disorder there are unavoidable and unforseeable times when we need a visit. Dr. Weitzner never ceases to amaze me as to the quality of care and compassion he displays. We recently relocated to Mt. Laurel with Hannah,our aging cocker spaniel. Dr.Rosenberg had been recommended to us and we could not have been more pleased. Hannah received excellent care and all staff members were kind and considerate.Dr.Rosenberg was always a phone call away no matter the time or day. Hannah passed away and again everyone was there to help us when we needed it the most.Soon we will be adopting another dog and Dr.Rosenberg will be our vet!
Dr. Rosenberg has been my dog's vet for the last 5 years and I will never go anywhere else. After a long search and being unhappy with my previous vet, I am extremely satisfied with Heritage. All of the staff there are super nice and Dr. Rosenberg is very knowledgeable and always kind to my dog. I highly recommend him!
I have been a client of Heritage Vet Hosp for several years first with an elderly dog an now with a cat. I always get an appointment when it is convenient for me and rarely wait very long in the waiting room before seeing the Dr. When my dog was starting to fail pretty quickly they were always there to lend support to a precious member of our family. What a caring, amazing place. We have been clients of Heritage for about 6 years now. First with our dog, Bijou, who had diabetes in his later years. We had switched vets primarily because I felt like a "no name" client at the last vet we used. The staff at Heritage was loving and caring from the moment we walked into the door, until the moment we left. Even at the very end of Bijou's life, we felt that everyone there cared.
