Doctor's are great but the front desk is horrible. You will get hung up on if they answer. There is no way to contact anyone at this practice without going up there and talking I'm person. It's a shame to have such good doctors wasted on a horrible practice
Ive been going to doctors at this location for the last 10 years. Only in the last 2 have they gone down hill drastically. Contacted the office 4 times in 4 different ways about refilling a prescription, they proceeded to take over a week and then fill it at the wrong pharmacy out of state. They don't respond to email messages within their app, their phone service doesn't have an option to leave a message so you have no hope of getting help.
PATIENT BEWARE!!! Refused to refill prescription, answer phone calls, or respond to emails for about a month. When they finally did respond they assured me I’d be ignored again the following month, then hung up on me before I could schedule an appointment.
If like pulling teeth down here with these people. Why do they have jobs
