Took my daughter there for an injured foot/ankle. The provider didn't order an x-ray and told us to avoid tylenol/advil as that would mask pain and cause more injury. Fast forward three weeks later and discover a broken heel at UPMC. While the office location is convenient, they certainly didn't care. I hope someone reads this and reaches out for a detailed report. I'm very disappointed.

For a Labor Day weekend I was totally pleased with the care received from Tracy and Derek. They both went above and beyond and we're extremely kind and caring. I have never seen so much detail provided by any doctor's office as I experienced today. They explained everything in detail and strived to ensure all facilities and instruments used were sanitized, including their stethoscope. So fortunate the facility was open on a holiday. These two are awesome professionals!
went to this location yesterday to have my son checked out for a cough that he has had for 10 days. it was allergy related as i suspected but wanted to get ears and chest checked. Tracey and Isaac were on staff. i arrived during lunch so i waited about 15 mins - no big deal. great service and the NP- isaac confirmed my diagnosis. for those who still want to wear a mask i recommend buying some common sense.
