I have never been disappointed in the care I have received here. This facility is my go-to for quick care
Upon my arrival I was greeted by Becky. She is the only reason this review is 2 stars. It would’ve been zero. She was wonderful, very kind and helpful. I went in to get diagnosed because I wasn’t feeling well for days with severe flu symptoms. I was checked by Nurse Practitioner Derik. He was the opposite. It seemed he was dedicated to not believing me. Even though Becky wrote down my symptoms in my paperwork. He made me say them all over again like I was lying. Doctors and nurses are wonderful! The woman I saw was thorough, quick and personable: she took the time to help me understand my diagnosis and nuanced care instructions. I was in and out within 1.5 hours on a Thursday afternoon (around 2pm) but needed xrays, which is probably why it took so long. I’ll definitely be back and referring my locals in need of non emergency care.
Nurse practitioner Derik was fantastic, great bedside manner and clinical skills. He gets 5 stars. Some improvement needed in efficiency and timing of bringing people back. Otherwise no issues, grateful to have it there.
Had to have bloodwork done. What a great, quick but pleasent experience at this lab. I believe the technicians name was Heather but my old brain could be wrong. Anyway, she was very personable and very professional. I highly recommend. In and out in 15 minutes.
