I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Heritage Tree Care. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and care blew me away. Their team includes a Board-Certified Master Arborist, which is super reassuring — you can really tell they know their stuff. The crew from Heritage Tree Care were very professional and skilled at removing my 80 yr old elm. They flawlessly rigged and cut down the tree and worked hard even on this hot summer day! They were an amicable group and I thoroughly enjoyed having them remove my tree. Hats off to the company and the crew. Heritage Tree Care are reliable and a professional operation to hire!!
From the initial quote to the final cleanup, Joe and his crew did an absolutely amazing job removing several large trees from our backyard. Entire crew was friendly, professional, and attention to detail was top-notch. Would give them 10 stars if we could. If you’re looking for a certified group of arborists, look no further. Andre was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the proper process of pruning our extremely large silver maple. The team were punctual, friendly, and very respectful of our property and that of our neighbour’s. Both yards were left extremely clean. Any concerns/requests were addressed to my satisfaction. Great customer service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Heritage Tree Care.
