I have lived here for about 9 years now and things keep getting better and better. The upgraded apartments are amazing and the back patios are so relaxing during the nice weather!!!! The resident parties are a blast!!! Having the Heritage Trail right on the edge of the complex makes it so easy to go out and enjoy the trail without having to drive. Office and maintenance staff are amazing and do a wonderful job! An amazing community!
Two second years in our program live here and they love it! We have pool parties here and it’s so nice!
The apartments are really nice! They have a nice big dog park for the community and they do a nice job with keeping it clean. The staff are all awesome especially the maintenance guys. They are good about keeping up with the grounds and if you have a problem that needs fixed they are there within the day, if not sooner. The apartments are fairly priced comparing the similar apartments around the area.
I love living here! The staff is always so friendly and interactive. The maintenance staff is always quick to fix things and kind! The amenities are amazing and I love the trail in my own backyard!
Definitely has been good living. If anything is wrong or breaks they are fairly quick to fix it. Mail and office is very close and they always love to see my dog!! Love how close it is to school
Heritage Trails is such a wonderful community to live in. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Plus, there are great amenities like the bark park and the trail! My dog, Muffin, loves it here too!
Love that they are pet friendly. Also appreciate knowing my family is safe living there.
