Bought tractor and full compliment of hay equipment from them. Just had to do a service call. $400 dollars for the service call, $120 fuel surcharge (driving to Cuba Missouri from Rolla) Part $380(a starter) $182 dollars labor (took 25 minutes), seems quite ridiculous. For a 400 dollar service fee, surely the bastards don’t need a fuel charge for a couple of gallons of diesel. Extremely annoyed.
