Heritage Trace Dental is great! As I was waiting to be called in for my appointment, I was overhearing the front desk ladies do their job. They were so kind, professional and it sounded like they truly cared for the patients. The lady who cleaned my teeth was sweet and very personable.

Considering how I dread going to the dentist, Dr. Nielsen and his staff ALWAYS do their best to make me as comfortable as possible. I appreciate their ability to communicate in a way I understand my dental needs.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are genuinely interested in any questions or concerns you may have and explain thoroughly what may be going on and how they might fix it. They care and it shows.
The fill in person was not as good as the regular staff.
