I enjoy coming to Heritage Dental but the lady that cleaned my teeth this time wasn't very pleasant. She didn't explain anything throughout the process such as what she doing, when it was time to rinse or anything. She also stuck my gums and when I jumped she didn't apologize. My gums were sore after leaving for the rest of the afternoon, this has never happened.
Was extremely pleased with Dental Assistant, Mary Ann. She was professional. I appreciated her asking questions before she started cleaning my teeth.
The staff is amazing! When childcare fell through and I had to bring my baby with me, one of the assistants came and played with him while I was getting my cleaning.
