I dont know why we cant get a good manager in this office. Sharronda is just not at all a people person, very rude, talks over you before you finish a sentence and doesnt seem to care about anybody on this property. She obviously doesnt understand what any of have gone through with the past 3 managers. I've spoke to her on multiple accations and everytime it's just a BAD vibe and nasty attitude. the manager, not willing to help ANYONE!!!
the property manager is rude and nasty. would not take my money order for rent after corporate advised her to and tried to make me pay twice. she's never in the office and when she is she makes it known she really has no intention on helping with any issue. ther maintenance supervisor and crew is the only plus but I'll be moving soon as my lease is up

They don’t fix anything.. I am still waiting for stuff to be done in my apartment since October.. The rent is cheap and you get what you pay for cheap and maintenance
they don't fix nothing in your apartment it's a death trap the electrical is really bad going to be a fire
