I really like this place. it's quaint, country, pleasant and quiet. I've been here a whole year. There is plenty of parking, and the grounds are kept very well. Maintenance is attentive. I especially love the flower bush on my property.
Newly renovated? More like hasn’t been maintained or touched in 30 years. You bought the location and haven’t attempted to fix or renovate anything? Fix the place up, there’s bedbugs, rats, mold, this has to be illegal.
Arlyne, and other front office staff as well as maintenance always help with resolving any requests, we are very happy here at the property and love the area. I will say that utilities are a bit expensive but overall it is a great value living here at Meadowfield, no issues after 6 months!
