Arlyne, and other front office staff as well as maintenance always help with resolving any requests, we are very happy here at the property and love the area. I will say that utilities are a bit expensive but overall it is a great value living here at Meadowfield, no issues after 6 months!

Pros: private entrance, basement, close to grocery stores Cons: carpet that’s flat/old, typical landlord bandaid fixes, AC in basement meaning your upstairs bedrooms will get hot summer, pest issues, you hear your neighbors all the time The homes are older and there’s no concrete separating units meaning, YES, you will hear every time your neighbor walks up & down stairs, every time they open and slam closets, when they vacuum, when their dogs are barking when ppl walk by, but the worst & loudest: every time they go to the b... read more
I signed a 12 month lease, but terminated it after 6 months. I lived here from January–August 2025 in what was advertised as a “newly renovated premium unit,” but the experience was extremely disappointing. The unit was old, the renovations were poorly executed, and I dealt with ongoing pest issues (first ants, then an influx of earwigs) that were never resolved 🤢 By July, the AC barely worked.
