I signed a 12 month lease, but terminated it after 6 months. I lived here from January–August 2025 in what was advertised as a “newly renovated premium unit,” but the experience was extremely disappointing. The unit was old, the renovations were poorly executed, and I dealt with ongoing pest issues (first ants, then an influx of earwigs) that were never resolved 🤢 By July, the AC barely worked. Please read before considering moving in to Meadowfield Townhomes a current resident here and I don’t plan on renewing for multiple reasons. When my wife and I first moved into our “newly renovated unit” it was far from new but rather band aid repairs and upgrades. The basement had a sump pump that was uncovered posing a serious safety risk and we have a daughter of a very young age who could have easily fallen in.
