It won't allow smoking in the parking lot.
I read previous 1star rating and so sorry they had that bad experience. I moved in 7 months ago, and as always there was an adjustment to a new home. Within a week I had made 3 or 4 friends. And have a dozen or more friends now, and know another 20 or more by name. We are friendly and care about everyone we know. Affordable HUD rent. Clean facility. Staff care about residents. We have organized activities. We are within walking distance to the Y and Library. We can walk downtown and the HUB.
