RecommendedI will only have tattoos with Kent Kelley. He has the experience and he is amazing at Japanese traditional style. Don’t mess around with your skin, get someone that is amazing at tattooing!! Someone with experience will also be much faster and you will end up saving money and getting a sweet tattoo.
