DO NOT MOVE IN!! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. THE MANAGER MONICA WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE AND TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR SO THAT YOU CAN GET OUT OF HER FACE. ONCE YOU WALK OUT, SHE WILL TELL YOUR BUSINESS TO EVRYONE ELSE THAT WALKS IN HER OFFICE. WE PAID \$775 IN RENT AND GOT A NASTY ROACH AND GNAT INFESTED APARTMENT. The rent is reasonable for the apartment size but the management should do better. They may not be able to control what the people do at the time it happens but they should be able to do something afterwards. Because of thin walls (I guess) I have told management that my neighbors kids blast their music so loud, I cannot hear my television or sleep, depending on the time of day. They have refused to do anything so I took it in my own hands. Whenever there is a bit of trouble, management is just as nosey as the tenants.
