Fast and friendly service. They always tell you the truth, weather good news or bad news. There is no drama when it comes to the repairs, they will tell you how serious the repair is, but no pressure, it is up to you to decide what you want to do.
Excellent service! Mike was super helpful and accommodating and I was able to get my Equinox repaired quickly.

The whole crew is great you guys got us into a great transmission shop and we got our car back super fast and very pleased with the work my mom and I thank you for everything
I have known the Tom and Jim at Heritage for many years. They have worked on every car I have owned. This is one of the very few shops in Grand Rapids that I trust implicitly. They have provided prompt and professional service on everything from my Mercedes AMG to my old Plymouth Champ I had in high school and everything in between. They also are my service center of for my company vehicles. These guys have made honesty a company policy and are trustworthy to a fault.
This is one of the best auto shops I've ever worked with. I've been having my vehicles serviced with them for probably a decade now. They're fair, reasonably-priced and honest. They'll never try to sell you anything you don't need. In addition they're just nice people to do business with.
